PRINTING OF CONTRACT, COSTS AND DISTRIBUTION. Within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed, copies of this Agreement will be printed and a copy provided to each Bargaining Unit Member.
PRINTING OF CONTRACT, COSTS AND DISTRIBUTION. After the Agreement is ratified, the Board will deliver the completed contract to the IEA within 30 days and shall split, with the Association, the costs for distribution to every current BHASED employee plus an additional thirty (30) copies per year this Agreement is in effect.

The Association will provide copies of the ratified collective bargaining agreement to all current Bargaining Unit Members, and the Vice-President of Human Resources and Labor Relations will provide copies to all new Bargaining Unit Members. The procedures for printing, collating, and binding of the collective bargaining agreement will be at the discretion of the Administration. Costs will be borne by the College.

Within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed, copies of the ratified Agreement shall be available on the District Intranet for all bargaining members.

Upon execution of this Agreement, the Association shall assume all responsibility for the printing of sufficient copies of this Agreement for the parties. The Board shall reimburse the Association for one-half (1/2) the cost of such printing.

Within thirty (30) days after the Agreement is signed, typed copies of this Agreement shall be printed with the cost being equally distributed between the Employer and the Association. Ten (10) copies of the Agreement should be distributed to the Association and seven (7) copies of the Agreement should be distributed to the Employer.
PRINTING OF CONTRACT, COSTS AND DISTRIBUTION. After the Agreement is signed; a copy of the Agreement will be available on-line via the SEDOM website and therefore available for printing.
