3 Association Use of Facilities and Equipment. The Employer will allow the Association to use facilities for meetings in accordance with College policies and procedures. If the facility is unavailable, another facility will be provided. Association members will be allowed to store Association materials in their offices in a place not available to students. In addition, the Association shall have the right to use equipment including photocopy machines, computers, and audio-visual equipment in accordance with college policy and procedures at reasonable times when such equipment is not in use. Costs shall be reimbursed to the College by the Association.
