PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION. A. Copies of this Negotiated Agreement will be emailed by the Association as soon after ratification and adoption as possible.
PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION. A. Within a reasonable time following the ratification and signing of a Memorandum of Agreement by the parties, both chief negotiators will prepare a final copy for printing, said copy to prevail over any changes in printing. Quality and quantity are to be mutually agreed to by the chief negotiators.
PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION. Within a reasonable time following the ratification and signing of this Agreement by the parties, the District will be responsible for making an electronic version of the contract available to all coaches. Hard copies will be provided upon request. Letters of Agreement negotiated during the term of the agreement will also be posted on-line.
PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION. 1.4.1 Within thirty (30) days following the ratification and signing of this Agreement by the parties, the District shall make the Agreement available on the District’s website. The District will continue to provide a copy of the Agreement to new employees.
PRINTING/DISTRIBUTION. Within a reasonable time following the ratification and signing of this agreement by the parties, the District shall have printed copies of this Agreement for each certificated employee and the Association will accept the Agreement on behalf of the employees and will be responsible for distribution of a copy to each certificated employee. Five (5) additional copies shall be available to the Association. Ten (10) copies of the agreement will be provided to the District for distribution to administration, office staff, and the Board of Directors. All certificated individuals making employment application to the District shall be provided for their examination of a copy of the Agreement by the District upon request. The cost of printing will be billed to CCEA. The bargained agreement will be available on the District website.

The Association shall accept this Agreement on behalf of the employees and shall distribute a copy to each employee. Each employee new to the District after September 15th of the school year shall be provided a copy of this Agreement by the District upon the date of hire. Thirty (30) additional copies shall be provided to the Association. All individuals making employment application to the District may read a copy of this Agreement on the District website or in the Human Resources office.

Within a reasonable time following the ratification and signing of this Agreement by the parties, the Association shall distribute an electronic copy of the Agreement to each certificated employee. Upon individual request, a printed copy will be provided. Prior to printing, the cost shall be agreed upon by the Association and the District. In subsequent years during the life of this Agreement, supplements shall be issued. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the District and the Association.

GEA will provide the parties with two (2) copies of the Agreement to be signed. Each party shall retain one (1) signed copy. The district shall place the ratified agreement on the district website.
