Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leaves. Leave of absence for such reasons shall be granted as per the Employment Standards Act as amended from time to time without loss of seniority or benefits.
Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leaves. An Employee shall be eligible for pregnancy leave as defined in the Employment Standards Act provided that they commenced Employment at least thirteen (13) weeks prior to their expected due date. Following thirteen (13) weeks of continuous service, an Employee shall be eligible for parental leave as defined in the Employment Standards Act. It is important that employees obtain information about their rights to Employment Insurance benefits if they are considering taking a pregnancy or parental leave under this article.

Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leaves. (a) A paid leave of absence will be granted to the partner (that includes same sex) for one (1) day upon the birth of a child or to attend the homecoming of the child.
Pregnancy, Parental and Adoption Leaves. Accrual of Seniority and Benefits while on Pregnancy/Parental/Adoption Leave Pregnancy, parental and adoption leave provisions apply to regular full-time employees with a minimum of thirteen (13) weeks of service.
