Police Details. CSC reserves the right to require a police detail during the Event at User’s sole cost at CSC’s sole discretion. We require that a paid police detail be retained to patrol the grounds and parking areas during underage celebrations such as graduation parties.

Police Details. 22.1 CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for developing police detail schedule. Schedule to be pre-approved by Director of Public Works. All time in excess of 8 hours per day shall be pre- approved by Director of Public Works. CONTRACTOR will be responsible for any police details that have not been pre-approved. CONTRACTOR to schedule all traffic control details through the Swampscott Police Department. All invoices will be sent to the Director of Public Works. If the CONTRACTOR fails to cancel a scheduled detail and the Police Department submits a bill, the CONTRACTOR will be responsible for same. The OWNER will not reimburse the CONTRACTOR for unnecessary detail bills.
