Pledge Against Coercion. The parties agree that there shall be no interference with the rights of employees to become members of the Union, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion against any employees because of Union membership, or lack of Union membership, or because of any activity by an employee in an official capacity on behalf of the Union.
Pledge Against Coercion. The College agrees not to interfere with the right of employees to become members of the Association, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion by the College or any College representative against any employee because of association membership, or because of any employee activity in an official capacity on behalf of the Association.

The Library agrees not to interfere with the rights of full-time, regular part-time or part- time Librarians or Librarian Trainees to become members of the Association, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion by the Library or any Library Representative against any full-time, regular part-time or part-time Librarian or Librarian Trainee because of Association membership or because of any full-time, regular part-time, or part-time Librarian or Librarian Trainee activity in an official capacity on behalf of the Association.

Section 2.2.1: The Employer agrees not to interfere with the rights of the employees to become members of the Union and that there will be no discrimination, interference, restraint or coercion practiced by the Employer or an Employer representative against any employee because of his/her Union membership, or because of such employee’s activity in any official capacity on behalf of the Union.
Pledge Against Coercion. 4.1.1 The Employer will notify the Union of any new bargaining unit employees hired and agrees that this Agreement shall apply equally to all employees. The Employer agrees not to interfere with the rights of the employees to become members of the Union and there will be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion practiced by the Employer or the Union against any employee because of Union membership or non-membership or because of such employee’s union activity in an official capacity.
Pledge Against Coercion. 6.1.1 The Public Employer agrees not to interfere with the rights of the employees to become members of the Union and that there will be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion practiced by the Public Employer or any Public Employer representative against any employee because of his Union membership, or because of such employee's activity in any official capacity on behalf of the Union or other lawful activity, or for any other cause.
