THE COLLEGE AGREES. Grant of Residence 1.3 The College grants the Student the right to reside in the Accommodation for the Period of Letting (specified on the offer confirmation). The Period of Letting will not necessarily start and finish on the same dates as the College or University’s academic year.
THE COLLEGE AGREES. To make payment within thirty (30) days of completion of services rendered as provided in Item 1-B and upon receipt of an invoice itemizing services furnished and certified by the responsible Asst. Vice President/Xxxx/Vice President.
THE COLLEGE AGREES. 1. To designate a liaison or coordinator, hereinafter referred to as “Credential Analyst” to administer the College’s responsibilities related to the program. At minimum, the College’s Fieldwork Supervisor will visit each Student Teaching Student’s school site to observe the Student Teacher and provide support to the Student Teacher and Master Teacher as necessary.
THE COLLEGE AGREES. To provide a space to the student for a period of one academic year exclusive of vacation periods or any other period when the College is officially closed; To provide residence hall services, including access to the assigned hall and room, commencing on the official Opening Day; To provide a reasonable amount of light, heat, hot water, cable and internet services. Student rooms shall be furnished by the College with a bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, and closet space for each student. These furnishings must remain in the room. No outside furniture is permitted in student rooms.
THE COLLEGE AGREES. The College agrees to provide semi-furnished housing facilities and food services as described.

To assume the responsibility for planning a Lactation Consultant educational program including, but not limited to, the student selection, programming, administration, general supervision, curriculum content, faculty appointments, faculty administration and the requirements for matriculation, promotion and graduation.
