Plant Access. It is agreed that a representative of the Union shall be permitted to enter any Rock of Ages property covered by this Agreement during working hours for the purpose of administering the provisions of this Agreement. A committee wishing to enter any Rock of Ages property covered by this Agreement during working hours must first get permission at the office.
Plant Access. 15 Developer shall ensure that ADOT and IQF have full entry at all times to such parts of the plant 16 as may be involved in the manufacture or production of the materials being furnished. 17 Developer shall ensure adequate safety measures are provided.

It is agreed that a Business Agent and/or Union official shall be permitted to enter any plant during working hours or during hours when such agent or official has reason to believe employees are working, for the purpose of administering the provisions of this Agreement. A committee wishing to enter the plant during working hours must first get permission at the office.
Plant Access. Seller will allow representatives of Corning and Corning's customers access to the facilities involved in performing this order for purposes of reviewing the status and progress of production and witnessing any test and inspections. Such access will not relieve Seller of any of its obligations.
Plant Access. The District Director and the International representative of the Union who customarily handles grievances at a plant shall have access to the plant, subject to established rules of the plant, at reasonable times to investigate grievances with which they are concerned. The Local Union President/Unit Chairperson will be permitted access to the plant at reasonable times when necessary to transact legitimate union business pertaining to the administration of the applicable agreements between the parties after notice to the Company.

Plant Access. All product and material related in any way to the goods provided by Seller, including without limitation all ingredients, shall be subject to inspection and test upon reasonable notice by DPI or its customer or representative at all times and places, including without limitation sites where the goods are created, whether they be at the premises of Seller or Seller’s suppliers or elsewhere.
Plant Access. The President of the Association or his/her designated representative shall have the right to visit schools to investigate teacher complaints or problems, or for any other purpose relating to the terms or conditions of this Agreement. Such visit shall in no way interfere with the regular teaching duties of the President or his/her designated representative or the instructional program of the school visited. Upon the representative's arrival, he/she shall notify the Principal of his presence and the purpose of the visit.
