CRAFT STATUS. Each apprentice, upon satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship program in which he is enrolled, shall be assigned to craft status and rate. Knowledge and on-the-job performance testing for the purposes of such assignment or subsequent advancement to the intermediate or standard rate shall not exceed the subject matter and skills for which on-the-job or other training is afforded by the applicable Apprenticeship Training Program.
