PERSONAL/XXXXX’S LEAVE & COMPASSIONATE LEAVE. PARENTAL LEAVE Personal/Xxxxx’s leave, Compassionate leave & Parental leave shall be in accordance with the Australian Fair Pay & Conditions Standard. It is agreed that discussion between the employer and employees will take place prior to implementation of the AFPCS accrual rate. Therefore, a transition period between the existing and AFPCS accrual rates will apply.
