Permission to Use Data. KYSTATS acknowledges that by entering this Agreement it is approving, in writing, of the Authorized Representative’s use of these confidential data within the scope of purposes outlined in this Agreement and the Exhibits. At least five (5) business days prior to Authorized Representative’s public disclosure of conclusions or results of the audit or evaluation, the Authorized Representative shall provide a copy of conclusions, results or product(s) resulting from the audit/evaluation (e.g., article, report, book, etc.) to KYSTATS’ Executive Director. No later than forty-five (45) days following the end date of the audit/evaluation, the Authorized Representative shall provide their conclusions, results or product(s) of the audit/evaluation.

KCEWS acknowledges that by entering this agreement it is approving, in writing, of the Authorized Representative’s use of these confidential data within the scope of purposes outlined in this agreement. At least five days prior to Authorized Representative’s public disclosure of conclusions or results of the audit or evaluation, the Authorized Representative shall provide a copy of conclusions, results or product(s) resulting from the audit/evaluation (e.g., article, report, book, etc.) to KCEWS Research Director. No later than 45 days following the end date of the audit/evaluation, the Authorized Representative shall provide their conclusions, results or product(s) of the audit/evaluation.
Permission to Use Data. The Contractor will be entitled to use the data submitted by the Customer to the Contractor when providing performance for the Customer, however, only to the extent necessary to fulfil the subject matter of the Contract. During their performance of the Contract, the Contractor agrees to dispose of data for the Customer only in accordance with the Contract and the relevant legislation, in particular the Cyber Security Act, the Decree and other related legislation.
Permission to Use Data. Customer hereby grants Georgia Power unrestricted access and use of all data collected by the ET Infrastructure. Customer agrees to allow Georgia Power, its agents and representatives to use data gathered as part of the Make-Ready Program for use in regulatory reporting, ordinary business use, industry forums, case studies, or other similar activities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Permission to Use Data. MASSACHUSETTS acknowledges that by entering this agreement it is approving, in writing, of WCER’s use of these Confidential Data within the scope of purposes outlined in this agreement and Section 3H, above.
Permission to Use Data. Host agrees to allow SDG&E, its agents and representatives to use data gathered as part of the Power Your Drive Program for use in regulatory reporting, industry forums, case studies or other similar activities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Permission to Use Data. You agree that Licensor may periodically collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software and peripherals, to facilitate the provision of any software updates, product support, and other services related to the Licensed App to you. Licensor may use this information to improve its products or to offer you other services or technologies, provided the information is in a form that does not personally identify you.
