Period of Protection. Employees who have been granted leave of absence with the approval of the Employer under clause 36.01 and who return to work within twelve (12) months will have their position protected. Employees who are granted leave in accordance with this Article for periods in excess of twelve (12) months will have their position protected for the extended period if mutually agreed by the Employer and the employee.
Period of Protection. The duration period noted on your schedule, either monthly or annually, as determined by you depending on your preference for payment. Reference number – used to locate your details for your membership. This is located on your service agreement.
Period of Protection. Employees who have been granted leave in accordance with Articles 16, 18, 21 and 22 will have their positions protected for the period of the approved leave up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) consecutive months unless the position is abolished. Where the position has been abolished the em- ployee’s classification and salary will be protected for the pe- riod of the approved leave.

Period of Protection. Program protection begins on the date of City Acceptance shown in this agreement and it continues as long as you make timely Program payments. Your participation in the Program may be cancelled without notice if a Program payment is thirty-six (36) days past due. If your participation in the Program ceases for any reason, you may re-enroll subject to the Program eligibility requirements and payment of a service charge of $50.00. Participation in the Program is voluntary and failure to make Program payments will not affect continuation of your utility services.
Period of Protection. The period of protection during which Confidential Information received pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to an obligation of confidentiality and protection is five (5) years from the date of first receipt of the Confidential Information.
Period of Protection. An employee’s position as defined in 20.01, will be protected for the total period of her/his maternity/adoption/parental leave.

Except for with respect to the financial terms of this Agreement, for which the confidentiality obligations of the parties will survive indefinitely, the obligations of the parties under this Section 3 will survive for a period of ten (10) years after disclosure to Brand Influencer by Company of the relevant item of Confidential Information.
