Program Protection. If the Board is of the opinion that the teacher, who is to be terminated in accordance with the seniority provision, is necessary to retain a full complement of teachers in a school to provide the necessary programs and services the Board may designate that teacher as being essential to the program.
Program Protection. For each Program, you agree to:
1. ensure that anyone who uses it (accessed either locally or remotely) does so only for your authorized use and complies with our terms regarding Programs; and
2. maintain a record of all copies and provide it to us at our request.
