Program Protection. 20.10 (a) If the Centre for Education is of the opinion that the teacher, who is to be terminated in accordance with the seniority provision, is necessary to retain a full complement of teachers in a school to provide the necessary programs and services the Centre for Education may designate that teacher as being essential to the program.

For each license in the Software, Licensee agrees to ensure that anyone who uses the Software (accessed either locally or remotely) does so only for your authorized use and complies with ISx’s terms regarding such Software. Licensee further agrees to maintain a record of all copies and in the case of a licensed database, Licensee shall allow access to the information contained in it only to Licensee’s employees, agents, or subcontractors, and only in support of their work for Licensee.

To protect both our interests, for each Program, you agree to: • allow access to it (if it is a data base) only to your employees; • ensure that anyone who uses it (accessed either locally or remotely) does so only for reasons related to your authorized use and complies with our terms regarding Programs; and • maintain records of all copies and, if the Program is one for which you are required to provide Designated Machine identification to us, you agree to maintain records of the location of all copies.

The contractor shall support the Government NW system critical functionality assessment to determine if there are additional technologies or capabilities that may require application of additional countermeasures to include an assessment of the source of components, subassemblies and supply chain for any impacts or risk to the program.

When required by an FPS4 DO, the Contractor shall provide a Program Protection Implementation Plan (PPIP) to address: • DO-specified PPP requirements • Contractor support to the Government-led Critical Program Information (CPI)/Critical Component (CC) identification process, criticality analysis and countermeasure development • Implementation of all countermeasures once they are identified through the CPI/CC identification process and criticality analysis phase • Verification and Validation (V&V) of countermeasure effectiveness, cost and schedule impacts and oversight of subcontractors' PPP implementation activities • Contractor support to the Government-led Program Protection IPT If these activities and documentation are required by a DO, the Contractor shall support a Government inspection of the activities and documentation during a Program Protection survey.
