Performance Development Plan. A Performance Development Plan (PDP) shall be used for incumbent regular employees who have been assessed as “not meeting” performance qualifying standards. However, Performance Development Plans are not to be used for term employees, probationary regular employees, and regular employees in their qualifying period, or situations warranting immediate use of the progressive discipline process. The Performance Development Plan will be kept in Human Resources (HR) in the employee’s personnel file.
