Employee Development definition

Employee Development means all technological, financial and operating ideas, processes, and materials, including all inventions, discoveries, concepts, ideas, enhancements to existing technology or business processes, computer program ideas and expressions, computer circuit designs, computer hardware concepts and implementations, formulae, algorithms, techniques, written materials, graphics, photographs, literary works, and any other ideas or original works of authorship relating to software or hardware development that you may develop or conceive of while employed by Real, alone or with others and which (i) relate directly to Real’s actual or demonstrably anticipated business or (ii) incorporate or are developed using Trade Secrets or Confidential Information or (iii) are conceived or developed with use of any Real equipment, supplies or facilities including Real personnel or (iv) result from work performed by you for Real, regardless of whether it is technically eligible for protection under patent, copyright, or trade secret law.
Employee Development means all technological, financial and operating ideas, processes, and materials, including all inventions, discoveries, concepts, ideas, enhancements to existing technology or business processes, computer program ideas and expressions, computer circuit designs, computer hardware concepts and implementations, formulae, algorithms, techniques, written materials, graphics, photographs, literary works, and any other ideas or original works of authorship relating to software or hardware development that you may develop or conceive of while employed by RealNetworks, alone or with others and which (i) relate directly to RealNetworks actual or demonstrably anticipated business or (ii) incorporate or are developed using Trade Secrets or Confidential Information or (iii) are conceived or developed with use of any RealNetworks equipment, supplies or facilities including RealNetworks personnel (the term “RealNetworks personnel” does not include You) or (iv) result from work performed by you for RealNetworks, regardless of whether it is technically eligible for protection under patent, copyright, or trade secret law.

Examples of Employee Development in a sentence

  • To the extent the Employee may, by operation of law or otherwise, acquire any right, title or interest in or to any Confidential Information or Employee Development, the Employee hereby assigns to the Company all such proprietary rights.

  • To the extent Executive may, by operation of law or otherwise, acquire any right, title or interest in or to any Confidential Information or Employee Development, Executive hereby assigns and covenants to assign to the Company all such proprietary rights without the need for a separate writing or additional compensation.

  • Except in furtherance of his obligations as an employee of the Company, Executive shall not use or reproduce any portion of any record associated with any Employee Development without prior written consent of the Company or, as applicable, its subsidiaries or affiliates.

  • Management scheduled new employee orientation, in accordance with Article 8, Training and Employee Development.

  • Employee training opportunities will be identified, evaluated, and provided in accord with the University’s Employee Development and Training Policy.

  • If copyright protection is available for any Employee Development, such Employee Development will be considered a “work for hire” as that term is defined under copyright law and will be the exclusive property of the Company.

  • To the extent Executive may, by operation of law or otherwise, acquire any right, title or interest in or to any Confidential Information or Employee Development, Executive hereby assigns to the Company all such proprietary rights.

  • Except in furtherance of Executive’s obligations as an employee of the Company, Executive shall not use or reproduce any portion of any record associated with any Employee Development without prior written consent of the Company or, as applicable, its subsidiaries or affiliates.

  • The performance evaluation process will include, but not be limited to, a written or electronic performance evaluation on the Employee Development and Performance Plan (EDPP) form or the Performance and Development Plan (PDP) form, the employee’s signature acknowledging receipt of the forms, and any comments by the employee.

  • Sections 9.2 and 9.3 of Article 9, Training and Employee Development apply to represented individuals.
