Payment of Wages and Subsistence Allowances. The shall at least every second Friday, pay t o each employee covered by this Agreement, all wages earned by the employee t o a not more than five (5) working days prior t o the date of payment provided that i f a General Holiday falls on the regular payday, w i l l be made the preceding day. For employees on the second or third shift, the Employer shall pay every second Thursday. Payment of wages w i l l be made during working hours. Where a payroll is not met within the prescribed time, unless proper reasons for the delay are forthcoming, it shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for the employees t o cease work until payment of wages or other arrangements are made. In the event that an employee covered by this Agreement ceases for any reason t o be an employee of the the Employer shall pay such employee not later than the second business day after he ceases to be an employee of the Employer, all wages, salary and holiday earned by the employee. A cheque mailed to the last known address of the employee within the time provided for above shall constitute compliance with this provision. Where an employee is not paid as provided above, such employee shall be deemed to be still on the payroll of the Employer and shall receive his usual wages and all other conditions until there is compliance with the provisions or other arrangements are made. The Employer w i l l provide a separate or detachable itemized statement with each pay showing the number of hours at straight time rate and at overtime rate, the wage rate and total deductions from the amount earned. Exchange charges w i l l be added t o the cheque, i f not payable at par.

Payment of Wages and Subsistence Allowances. 7.01 The Employer shall at least every second (2nd) Friday, pay to each employee covered by this Agreement all wages earned by the employee to a day not more than five (5) working days prior to the date of payment, provided that if a General Holiday falls on the regular payday, payment will be made the preceding day. The employee shall submit all hours to the Employer by 9:00 am Monday following Midnight Saturday cut off day. Hours are to be submitted by email or fax. If hours are not submitted on time the cheque will be submitted to the employee the following week. Employees shall provide the employer with a bank or credit union account number in order for the employer to direct deposit the employee's wages. If the employer is notified that there is a problem with the direct deposit of an employee's wages, the employer shall notify the employee of the problem as soon as practicable and make other suitable arrangements to provide the employee with his wages. In the event that an employee covered by this Agreement ceases, for any reason, to be an employee of the Employer, the Employer shall pay such employee not later than the third (3rd) business day after he ceases to be an employee of the Employer, all wages, salary and holiday pay earned by the employee.   • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

  • Subsistence Allowance a) The daily subsistence allowance per calendar day worked shall be as follows: Effective April 28, 2013 one hundred and thirty dollars ($130.00) Effective April 26, 2015 one hundred and thirty-five dollars ($135.00)

  • Site Allowance Procedure 18.1 This procedure shall apply to construction work in the commercial/industrial sector of the building industry in the State of Victoria. Further, it is expressly agreed by the parties to this procedure that Site Allowances will not be claimed on any project where the project value is below $2.2 million.

  • Expense Allowances A Teacher shall be reimbursed each month for authorized out-of-pocket expenses upon presentation of appropriate receipts and documents.
