PAY DOCKS. If an employee uses more than two days of docked pay for absence from the assigned job at Wynford Schools over the period of one year, that employee is subject to disciplinary action including dismissal. (An extended illness, other similar absence where sick leave is totally used, a vacation scheduled for spouse by another company, religious observations or other similar reasons, will be taken into consideration). Requests for a pay dock will be submitted to the immediate supervisor who will approve or disapprove the request and submit it to the Superintendent for final consideration. Dock days will not be approved until all personal days have been used or will be used in conjunction with dock days. If an employee takes more than two dock days for a reason not listed for consideration, the employee shall be docked his/her daily rate plus the per diem rate of all insurances taken by the employee for each dock day used. The per diem rate will be your annual insurance expense divided by the number of contract days.

PAY DOCKS. If a teacher's pay is to be docked, his daily wage will be calculated by dividing his base salary by the sum of the number of instruction days and the number of workdays in that year's contract. Additionally, the pay will be further docked by adding the daily cost in insurance benefits determined by taking the monthly premium for health, dental, vision, life, and L.T.D. divided by 30.

  • Terminal Pay The Board shall provide terminal pay for accumulated sick leave to any employee who has worked for the Board at least one year, or to the employee's beneficiary without regard to length of service if service is terminated by death. Such terminal pay shall be in the amount determined by the daily rate of pay of the employee in the final year of employment.

At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

  • Automated Teller Machines We do not accept deposits at ATMs that we do not own or operate. Funds from deposits (cash or checks) made at automated teller machines (ATMs) we own or operate will follow the same availability schedule as making a deposit in person to one of our employees, except that same day availability may not apply to the items noted.
