WATERBEDS definition

WATERBEDS. The Tenant(s): ☐ - Shall have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises. ☐ - Shall not have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises.
WATERBEDS. Liquid-filled beds or aids are not allowed.
WATERBEDS. The Tenant(s) is not permitted to furnish the Premises with waterbeds.

WATERBEDS. The Tenant(s):
WATERBEDS. TENANT understands that no waterbed may be brought into this property if such introduction would violate building codes. In addition, TENANT agrees to obtain waterbed insurance that covers personal injury and property damages naming LANDLORD as the loss payee.

Related to WATERBEDS

  • Waterbody means any accumulation of water, surface or underground, natural or artificial, including rivers, streams, creeks, ditches, swales, lakes, ponds, marshes, wetlands, and ground water. The term does not include any storage or treatment structures.

  • Bedrock means continuous rock that underlies the soil or is exposed at the surface. Bedrock is generally considered impervious, but if fractured or deteriorated, it may allow effluent to pass through without adequate treatment.

  • Waterworks or “water system” means all structures, conduits and appurtenances by means of which water is delivered to consumers except piping and fixtures inside buildings served, and service pipes from building to street main.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Water means the chemical element defined as H2O in any of its three natural states, liquid, solid and gaseous.
