Part-Time Scheduling & Additional. Shifts (applies to part time employees and extended tour part-time employees) The default method of contacting employees for additional tours will be by phone call. If an employee advises the Employer in writing that they will accept a text message or email instead of a call, the Hospital may call, text and/or email that employee when offering them additional tours. Additional shifts that are being offered within forty-eight (48) hours of their start time will be offered by phone and/or text (where applicable). The Employer may also send an email (where applicable) as an adjunct to the call and/or text.
