Ownership and Use of Customer Data. 7.1.1 All Customer Data is and shall remain the property of Customer. The Customer Data shall not be used or disclosed by EasyHRweb other than in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, or otherwise commercially exploited by or on behalf of EasyHRweb.

Except as provided in this Agreement, rights to use Customer Data granted to WorldAPP do not convey or otherwise transfer to WorldAPP any rights or licenses (including implied licenses) in the Customer Data or any intellectual rights thereto. Customer acknowledges that WorldAPP uses data and information on use of the Services to provide, protect, maintain, support and improve the Services.

(a) TSA shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data, while TSA.com shall have an irrevocable right and license hereunder to use the Customer Data in its business operations. TSA.com shall adhere to all United States and Canadian privacy and dxxx xxxtection laws applicable to its gathering, processing, storing and transmitting of Customer Data. TSA.com shall use its best efforts to adhere to all such privacy and xxxx xrotection laws of all other nations and shall indemnify TSA for any loss, damage or expense caused by its failure to do so; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the parties agree that such failure to do so shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement.

You or customer shall own and retain ownership of all right, title, and interest in and to the Customer Data. “Customer Data” means any and all data and information that is entered or loaded into the Subscription Services by or for a customer. You shall ensure that GoodData has the right to access and use Your customers’ account information and any data they upload to the Subscription Services for the purposes of delivering the Subscription Services, responding to any technical problems, troubleshooting and testing. Except as may be otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, access to Your customers’ data will be strictly limited to the GoodData operations team. AFTER TERMINATION OF THE GOODDATA FREE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, ANY CUSTOMER DATA ENTERED INTO THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES MAY BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS YOU: (A) PURCHASE A PAYING SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE OR (B) EXPORT THE CUSTOMER DATA FROM THE GOODDATA TECHNOLOGY BEFORE THE END OF THE GOODDATA FREE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES TERM.
Ownership and Use of Customer Data. All Customer Data is and shall remain the exclusive property of Nextel. Vendor shall secure, access, use, collect, maintain, and disclose or share Customer Data only in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement and only to the extent strictly necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement, or as otherwise required by law. Vendor may not otherwise modify the Customer Data, merge it with other data, commercially exploit it, disclose it or do any other thing that may in any manner adversely affect the integrity, security or confidentiality of such data, other than as expressly specified herein or as directed by Nextel in writing. Nextel makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the Customer Data. For the purpose of this Section 13.4, the acts or omissions of Vendor’s employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, contractors, subcontractors, and their employees shall also be deemed the acts or omissions of Vendor.
Ownership and Use of Customer Data. As between Swivel and Customer, Customer is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Data, including all associated proprietary and intellectual property rights throughout the world, and, except for the licenses expressly granted herein, Xxxxxx neither owns nor acquires any rights in the foregoing. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Proposal Form and these Terms, Customer hereby grants Swivel a nonexclusive license and right during the Subscription Term to use Customer Data to create and host the Deliverables.
