UK National means a person who is a British citizen (including persons from the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), a British subject under Part IV of the British Nationality Act 1981 having the right of abode in the UK or a British Dependent Territories citizen acquiring his/her citizenship from connection with Gibraltar.

Divisions means the primary operational business areas of the DB Group, which include the core revenue generating areas and infrastructure and support areas, as established or adjusted by Deutsche Bank, in its discretion, from time to time. Each Division is divided into smaller operating business units.
Releases means any release, threatened release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, escape, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, dumping, leaching or migration of Hazardous Material into or through the environment.
Other Documents means the Notes, the Perfection Certificates, the Guaranty, the Security Documents, the Environmental Indemnity Agreements, any Lender-Provided Hedge, any and all other agreements, instruments, certificates, statements and documents, including any acknowledgment and waivers, intercreditor agreements, guaranties, pledges, powers of attorney, consents, interest or currency swap agreements or other similar agreements and all other writings heretofore, now or hereafter executed or provided by any Credit Party and/or delivered to Agent or any Lender in respect of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
