OVERTIME PAYMENT - Except when an Employee is assigned to emergency stand-by duty, any overtime pay shall be paid on a time and one-half (1 ½) basis for time worked.. Except when an employee is assigned to standby duty, and overtime shall be based on one and one half times (1 ½) on the calculated FLSA rate.

  • Contract Employee Check this option when the Department requires a renewal or other amendment to the performance of a Contract Employee.
