Overdue Fees. If Fees are overdue then We will notify you and, without prejudice to Our rights or remedies, may: (a) suspend access to the Services and Support; and (b) charge late payment interest from their due date until full payment is received at the rate of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the greatest rate permitted by applicable law (Interest ); or (c) require you to pay a sum equal to the Interest, or a portion of the Interest, to an Appointed Beneficiary, with (b) and (c) in such proportions as We may specify. If We take action to pursue collection of overdue, undisputed Fees you will pay the reasonable associated costs. If you are late paying invoices, We may make shorter payment terms a condition of Renewal.
Overdue Fees. If any invoiced amount is overdue then We will notify you and, without prejudice to Our rights or remedies, may: (a) suspend access to the Services and Support; and (b) charge late payment interest on the unpaid Fees from their due date until payment is received in full at the rate of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the greatest rate permitted by applicable law. If We take action to pursue collection of unpaid Fees you will pay the associated costs. In the event of late payment, We may also make shorter payment terms a condition of any Renewals.
Overdue Fees. If all or a portion of any fee due hereunder shall not be paid when due, such overdue amount shall bear interest, payable by the Lessee on demand, at a rate per annum equal to the Overdue Rate from the date of such nonpayment until such amount is paid in full (as well after as before judgment).
Overdue Fees. If Client fails to make payments when due, then in addition to Social Sentinel’s other rights and remedies, Social Sentinel will have the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend the Products pending Client’s full payment of any outstanding fees, immediately terminate the Agreement, and/or recover Social Sentinel’s reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expended in collection of such amounts due. Unpaid amounts will accrue interest at the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum amount chargeable by law, commencing thirty (30) days from when the payment was due and continuing until fully paid.
Overdue Fees. If any Fees are not paid by You when due then such Fees may accrue a late fee at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding Fees per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, from the date the Fees were due until paid and We may condition future Orders on different payment terms specified in this Agreement or Your prior Orders.
Overdue Fees. Unpaid Fees not subject to a good faith dispute, are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower. If Tines has not received payment of any undisputed Fees within forty-five (45) days after the due date, and Tines has provided written notice to Customer that Fees are overdue, Tines may (without prejudice to any of Tines’s other rights and remedies) suspend Customer's access and disable passwords and accounts to all or part of the Paid Offerings and Tines shall be under no obligation to provide any or all of the Paid Offerings while the undisputed Fees under such invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid. Tines shall promptly restore all access to the Paid Offerings upon receipt of payment.
Overdue Fees. Unless the Agreement specifies otherwise, Betty Blocks shall invoice Client immediately upon acceptance. Each invoice is due and payable fourteen (14) days after the invoice date, unless the Agreement specifies otherwise. If Betty Blocks has not received payment within five days after the due date, and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Betty Blocks: (a) Betty Blocks shall be under no obligation to provide any License or Professional Services (including access to the Platform) while the invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid; and (b) interest shall accrue on a daily basis on the balance due up a monthly rate of 1.5%, commencing on the due date and continuing until fully paid.
Overdue Fees. If Customer fails to pay any amount due under this Agreement according to the payment terms set forth on Customer’s Order Form, without limiting JFrog’s rights or remedies, JFrog may charge interest on any amount overdue at the maximum rate permitted by law. Customer shall reimburse JFrog for all reasonable costs incurred by JFrog in collecting any late payments or interest, including attorneys’ fees. JFrog may also deduct the amount of any debt or unpaid fees from Fees paid for a renewal of a Prepaid Subscription.
Overdue Fees. If any Fees are not received from Customer by the due date, then at Spredfast’s discretion, such Fees may accrue late interest at the rate of 1.5% of the outstanding balance per month, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, from the date such payment was due until the date paid.
Overdue Fees. If fees become overdue at any time then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Supplier and subject to Supplier giving You written notice of its intention to exercise the rights set out in this Section: (i) You shall be liable to pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate of one per cent per complete month until Supplier has received payment of the overdue amount together with interest that has accrued; and (ii) Supplier reserves the right to suspend Your use of the Solution (which may include disabling user accounts, passwords and access to all or part of the Solution) and/or any licenses granted to You with respect to Software made available pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or any Services Schedule, and Supplier shall be under no obligation to provide access to all or part of the Solution, until such time as You have paid all outstanding invoices, fees (and where applicable, interest) due.
