Overdue Fees. If Fees are overdue then We will notify you and, without prejudice to Our rights or remedies, may: (a) suspend access to the Services and Support; and (b) charge late payment interest from their due date until full payment is received at the rate of the lesser of 1.5% per month or the greatest rate permitted by applicable law (Interest ); or (c) require you to pay a sum equal to the Interest, or a portion of the Interest, to an Appointed Beneficiary, with (b) and (c) in such proportions as We may specify. If We take action to pursue collection of overdue, undisputed Fees you will pay the reasonable associated costs. If you are late paying invoices, We may make shorter payment terms a condition of Renewal.

Overdue Fees. If all or a portion of any fee due hereunder shall not be paid when due, such overdue amount shall bear interest, payable by the Lessee on demand, at a rate per annum equal to the Overdue Rate from the date of such nonpayment until such amount is paid in full (as well after as before judgment).
Overdue Fees. If Client fails to make payments when due, then in addition to Social Sentinel’s other rights and remedies, Social Sentinel will have the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend the Products pending Client’s full payment of any outstanding fees, immediately terminate the Agreement, and/or recover Social Sentinel’s reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expended in collection of such amounts due. Tines shall promptly restore all access to the Paid Offerings upon receipt of payment.
Overdue Fees. Unless the Agreement specifies otherwise, Betty Blocks shall invoice Client immediately upon acceptance. Each invoice is due and payable fourteen (14) days after the invoice date, unless the Agreement specifies otherwise. If Betty Blocks has not received payment within five days after the due date, and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies of Betty Blocks: (a) Betty Blocks shall be under no obligation to provide any License or Professional Services (including access to the Platform) while the invoice(s) concerned remain unpaid; and (b) interest shall accrue on a daily basis on the balance due up a monthly rate of 1.5%, commencing on the due date and continuing until fully paid.

Overdue Fees. If Customer fails to pay any amount due under this Agreement according to the payment terms set forth on Customer’s Order Form, without limiting JFrog’s rights or remedies, JFrog may charge interest on any amount overdue at the maximum rate permitted by law. Customer shall reimburse JFrog for all reasonable costs incurred by JFrog in collecting any late payments or interest, including attorneys’ fees. JFrog may also deduct the amount of any debt or unpaid fees from Fees paid for a renewal of a Prepaid Subscription.
