Operation and Maintenance Funding. A. To the extent that any portion of the awarded funds is required for ongoing operation or maintenance requirements that will or are likely to extend beyond the term and scope of the primary project, including, but not limited to, repair, upkeep, monitoring, inspection, and operation, those requirements are identified in Attachment A, Scope of Work, in addition to a schedule and work structure for their application.

Operation and Maintenance Funding. The Lead Agency and Participating Agencies anticipate that funds for the operation of the RTMC will be provided through local and state funds identified and allocated through the FL-AL TPO project prioritization as it relates to the Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) and may be supplemented by the FDOT’s annual compensation for interconnected signals.
Operation and Maintenance Funding. The City will fund ongoing operation and maintenance costs of recreation facilities within the Skagit Wild and River System, the RLNRA, and the North Cascades Scenic Highway corridor west of Washington Pass, up to $2,750,000 as follows: • For the first fifteen years of the license the NPS will be allocated $60,000 per year for operation and maintenance of recreation facilities within the Xxxx Xxxx National Recreation Area, and the USFS will be allocated $15,000 per year for operation and maintenance of recreation facilities within the Skagit Wild and River System upstream from Concrete and the North Cascades Scenic Highway corridor west of Washington Pass. • For the purposes noted above, from the sixteenth through the twenty-fifth years of the license, the NPS will be allocated $80,000 per year, and the USFS will be allocated $20,000 per year . • For the purposes noted above, for the last five years of the license the NPS will be allocated $100,000 per year, and the USFS will be allocated $25,000 per year. • For the purposes noted above, in each year in which the Project operates on an annual license beyond the term of the new license, the NPS will be allocated $80,000 and the USFS $20,000. These amounts shall be prorated for the final year before the effective date of a new (third) license if the third license for the Project takes effect on other than the annual anniversary of the expiration of the second license.

The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area.   • MONITORING OF OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE 19.1 Monthly status reports During Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Bus Terminal including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Programme and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
