Operating and Maintenance Costs means, without duplication, all costs and expenses incurred for operation and maintenance of the LIL in accordance with the LIL Lease after the Commissioning Date, including costs of O&M Activities which are not Sustaining Activities, administration costs for Opco, any Taxes payable by or on behalf of Opco or in respect of amounts payable to Opco (including for greater certainty, any Taxes payable by Opco and required to be withheld by a Person on the payment of an amount to Opco), net of any such Taxes which are recovered, but grossed up and adjusted to the extent necessary so that the amount of any amounts payable to Opco which are retained by Opco, net of any such Taxes, shall equal the amount which Opco would have retained if such Taxes were not payable by or on behalf of Opco or in respect of amounts payable to Opco, any costs and expenditures related to insurance, including any deductibles, any amount payable on account of a penalty imposed by Applicable Law or contract, any amount payable on account of a judgment rendered against Opco, and expressly excluding in all instances Rent and any costs, expenses or other amounts included in Rent;
Operating and Maintenance Costs means all expenses relating to the operation and maintenance of facilities controlled by the Board or used in connection with the System, including but not limited to, labor, contracted services, energy costs, monitoring costs, system configuration cost, switch-related costs, relocation costs, break repair costs, marketing costs, insurance, taxes, fees or similar charges.
Operating and Maintenance Costs means all costs, expenses, liabilities and charges, including the costs of studies, incurred or accrued by or on behalf of the Services for the account and benefit of the Parties which are properly chargeable as operating or maintenance expenses of the Services and includes such costs incurred or accrued on and after the date the Parties commence the provision of the Services under this Agreement;

Operating and Maintenance Costs means, for any periods, all amounts disbursed by or on behalf of POA for operation, maintenance (excluding Capital Expenditures), administration, repair, or improvement of the Project, including, without limitation, premiums on insurance policies, property and other taxes, payments under the relevant Lease Documents and under agreements, or options, to purchase energy and associated capacity in connection with permitted sales of natural gas, operating and maintenance agreements, leases, royalty and other land use agreements and fees, expenses, and any other payments required under the Project Documents (excluding Subordinated Asset Management Charges).
