November to April. The procedures for Annual Leave vacation requests shall be the same as in 9.2.2 except that the blank calendar shall be posted on August first and removed on August 31. The calendar showing approved vacations shall be posted by October 1.

November to April. Effective November wage rates shall increase as per the four and one-half year salary projections for employees on staff as of that date. In addition, all employees shall advance one full rate where applicable. Employees appointed during the first three years of this Agreement will have their starting salary established at the rate 2 of the salary table for their position. Effective November and for the remainder of this contract, the starting salary for new appointments shall have their starting salary established at rate 3 of the salary table for their position. Salary increases that are reached through collective bargaining shall apply only to those employees on staff on or after the signing of the agreement.

  • March the URC shall forward its written recommendation to the candidate, the President, the Xxxx and the DRC;

  • OCTOBER the candidate's academic file is brought up to date for evaluation, and the Vice-President (Academic) shall place the external references in the candidate’s academic file. The candidate may provide an update to her letter of application in a separate document. The letter of application as sent to the external reviewers must remain in the file;
