July. Building secretaries will work two weeks during the month of July at the current secretary rate in lieu of summer help for July. The number of hours shall not exceed 80 within the month of July, no overtime hours will be approved during this month. July. 31 is the final deadline to turn in an official transcript for courses taken during the school year.
