All requests for a leave to reduce teaching load shall be made by 1 April for Semester I of the following school year or 15 November for Semester II of the current school year, and should be supported by a letter stating relevant details and considerations such as the nature of the change, the length of time the change is to be in effect, and the terms of the Teacher’s return to his/her previous status.

The Minsters of Trade, Agriculture and Health and their Deputies will, in their fields of competence, ensure proper monitoring and control on all border crossings throughout the Federation, as specified in the conclusions of the Federation Government.
