Non-Prescheduled Vacations. An employee requesting non-prescheduled vacation must submit his/her request to Management at least five (5) workdays prior to commencement of such leave except in cases of an emergency. This provision may be waived at the discretion of the appropriate supervisor or his/her designee. Employees may carry over up to two (2) weeks of vacation from the current calendar year to the next calendar year.

Non-Prescheduled Vacations. An employee requesting non-prescheduled vacation must submit a request to the Employer at least three (3) business days prior to commencement of such leave. This provision may be waived at the discretion of the Employer or his designee. The order of picking a vacation under this Section 22.3 shall be by classification and the date of submission of the request.
Non-Prescheduled Vacations. An employee requesting one (1) day vacation must submit their request to their immediate supervisor at least four (4) days prior to the commencement of such leave. An employee requesting two (2) or three (3) consecutive days’ vacation must submit their request to their immediate supervisor at least seven (7) days prior to commencement of such leave. An employee requesting four (4) or more consecutive days’ vacation must submit their request to their immediate supervisor at least fourteen (14) days prior to commencement of such leave. All vacation requests are subject to the approval of the Employer. This provision may be waived at the discretion of the Employer. Please refer to 17.5 D of this contract for approval conditions.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval.   • VACATIONS 13.01 All employees who are regularly scheduled seventy-five (75) hours on a bi- weekly basis shall receive vacations with pay based on length of full-time continuous service as follows:

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.
