No Unlawful Use. Tenant shall not use or occupy, nor, to the extent within its reasonable control, permit or suffer the Premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied for any unlawful, illegal or extra hazardous business, use or purpose, or in such manner as to constitute a nuisance of any kind (public or private) or that is offensive by reason of odors, fumes, dust, smoke, noise or other pollution, or for any purpose or in any way in violation of the Certificate of Occupancy for the Premises or the Applicable Laws or which may make void or voidable any insurance then in force on the Premises. Tenant shall take, promptly upon the discovery of any such unpermitted, unlawful, illegal or extra hazardous use, such actions as Tenant deems necessary to address such unpermitted, unlawful, illegal or extra hazardous use. If for any reason Tenant shall fail to take such actions, and such failure shall continue for thirty (30) days after notice from the FCRHA to Tenant specifying such failure, the FCRHA is hereby irrevocably authorized to take all such actions in Tenant’s name and on Tenant’s behalf, Tenant hereby appointing the FCRHA as Tenant’s attorney-in-fact coupled with an interest for all such purposes. If Tenant disputes the FCRHA’s claim as to the existence of such unpermitted, unlawful, illegal or extra hazardous use or Tenant’s actions with respect thereto, then the parties shall resolve such dispute pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 and the procedures set forth in Section 20.02, Section 20.03 and Section 20.04 following such dispute regarding the FCRHA’s right to cure and right to reimbursement shall apply hereunder.
No Unlawful Use. Make or cause any unlawful, unauthorized, or offensive use of the Use Area, the Facility, and/or the UH Campus.

No Unlawful Use. The Tenant agree that they shall not make or allow to be made any unlawful or offensive use of the premises (which shall specifically include excessive noise, noise at unusual hours of the day or night, excessive vehicular or pedestrian traffic or same at unusual hours of the day or night). TENANT SHALL USE THE HEATING SYSTEMS INSTALLED BY LANDLORD AND SHALL NOT USE ANY OTHER TYPE OF HEATING SYSTEM, AND SPECIFICALLY SHALL NOT USE COAL OR WOOD BURNING STOVES OF ANY KIND.
No Unlawful Use. Concessionaire will make no unlawful, improper, or offensive use of Premises or any other area at the Airport. Without limitation, Concessionaire Tenant shall not suffer or permit the Premises or other areas at the Airport or any part thereof to be used in any manner, or anything to be done therein, or suffer or permit anything to be brought into or kept thereon which would in any way (a) violate any law or requirement of public authorities, (b) cause structural injury to any building or structure, (c) interfere with the normal operations of heating, air-conditioning, ventilating, plumbing or other mechanical or electrical systems, (d) constitute a public or private nuisance, (e) alter the appearance of the exterior of any building or structure, or (f) which may be prohibited by either party’s insurance policies or any endorsements thereto.
No Unlawful Use. Licensee may not use the OX Software in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose. Special Risk Environments. Licensee shall not use the OX Software in special risk areas that require error-free, permanent operation of relevant systems and in which the failure of the OX Software may result in a direct risk for life, body or health or in substantial damages to property or the environment (high risk activities and high availability activities, including but not limited to the operation of nuclear facilities, weapon systems, aviation navigation or communication systems, life support systems and equipment, machine and production processes of phar- maceuticals and food production). OX does not warrant or guarantee that the OX Software is fit for use in special risk areas. Action against unlawful use. OX reserves all rights to bring action to prohibit or stop any un- authorized use of OX Software, including but not limited to, claims for injunctive relief and xx- xxxxx. Unauthorized use may lead to criminal prosecution under the relevant laws.
No Unlawful Use. Debtor hereby covenants and agrees that shall not permit any Collateral to be used unlawfully or in violation of any provision of this Agreement, the Note Documents or any applicable statute, regulation or ordinance or any policy of insurance covering the Collateral.
