Unlawful Use. Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.
Unlawful Use. Lessee agrees that no improvement shall be erected, placed upon, operated or maintained on the demised premises, nor shall business be conducted or carried on therein in violation of the terms of this Lease or any applicable law, statute, ordinance, regulation, rule or order of any governmental agency having jurisdiction hereover.
Unlawful Use. You agree not to use any of your accounts, access devices or services for unlawful internet gambling or other illegal activities.
Unlawful Use. You warrant and agree that you will not use Credit Union accounts or services, including but not limited to loans, to make or facilitate any illegal transactions as determined by applicable law; and that any such use, including any such authorized use, will constitute an event of default under this Agreement. You agree that the Credit Union will not have any liability, responsibility, or capability whatsoever for any such use by you or any authorized users. You further agree to indemnify and hold the Credit Union harmless from any lawsuits, liability, damages, or adverse action of any kind that results directly or indirectly from such illegal use.
Unlawful Use. Customer agrees not to use the Services or Devices for any unlawful or abusive purpose or in any way that interferes with the Company System. Customer will comply with all laws while using the Services or Devices and will not transmit any communication that would violate any federal, state, or local law, court or regulation. Resale of the Services or Devices is prohibited, except by Resellers or authorized dealers. By using the Services and/or Devices, Customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of any software license agreements applicable to any software associated with the Services or Devices.
Unlawful Use. Company shall not use or permit anyone to use the Services or the Documents for any unlawful purpose.
Unlawful Use. Not to use the Collateral for any unlawful purpose or in any way that would void any effective insurance.
Unlawful Use. The User shall not use or permit GSK premises or any parts thereof to be used by any person in violation of any municipal, county, state, or federal ordinances or law, or in any manner disruptive to GSK. Such behavior shall include, but not limited to, theft, fighting, or consumption of alcohol on the premises.
Unlawful Use. CONTRACTOR agrees no improvements shall be erected, placed upon, operated, nor maintained with the Airport, nor any business conducted or carried on therein or there from, in violation of the terms of this CONTRACT, or of any regulation, order of law, statute, bylaw, or ordinance of a governmental agency having jurisdiction.
Unlawful Use. Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used for any purpose in violation of any municipal, county, state or federal law, ordinance or regulation. Tenant shall promptly comply, at its sole cost and expense, with all laws, ordinances and regulations now in force or hereafter adopted relating to or affecting the condition, use or occupancy of the Premises including but not limited to all applicable equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination laws of the United States, the State of Washington and The City of Seattle, including but not limited to chapters 14.04, 14.10, and 20.42 of the Seattle Municipal Code ("SMC"), as they may be amended; and rules, regulations, orders, and directives of the associated administrative agencies and their officers.
