No Reduction in Benefits. 16.1. The Town shall not at any time during the term of the Agreement reduce the salary, compensation, or other benefits of the Town Manager, except to the degree that such a reduction is across the board for all other employees of the Town.
No Reduction in Benefits. No employee shall suffer the loss of wage or any economic benefit unless specifically modified by a provision of this Agreement; excepting those losses resulting from just cause discipline and reductions in funding in which case the parties agree to meet and negotiate as needed and if no agreement is reached the dispute shall be submitted to binding Arbitration. Article XXXX:
No Reduction in Benefits. At all times following the applicable Non-U.S. DB Transfer Date, the SpinCo Group shall not take any action to reduce any benefits accrued under any Subsidiary Defined Benefit Plan, Transferor Defined Benefit Plan, Insured Transferor Defined Benefit Plan or Unfunded Transferor Defined Benefit Plan prior to the applicable Non-U.S. DB Transfer Date.
No Reduction in Benefits. Employer shall not, at any time during the term of this Agreement, reduce the salary, compensation or other financial benefits of Employee, except in the case of such a reduction across the board for all department heads of Employer, and then only in the same proportion to those department heads.
No Reduction in Benefits. The District shall not at any time during the term of this Agreement reduce the salary, compensation, or other financial benefits of Employee except at the same percentage as it implements in an across-the-board reduction of the same for all District employees.
No Reduction in Benefits. HPs covered by this Agreement shall not suffer the loss or reduction in any health, welfare, or retirement benefit now being enjoyed by them. During the term of this Agreement, any potential changes in benefits deemed necessary by the Employer and of equal value to an existing benefit will be discussed in advance with the Union.
No Reduction in Benefits. There shall be no reduction of wages through the signing of this Agreement. Any terms and conditions of employment prior to this Agreement are null and void as a result of the signing of this Agreement.
No Reduction in Benefits. The Village shall not at any time during the Term of this Agreement reduce the salary, compensation or other financial benefits of Employee, except to degree of such a reduction for all Department Heads of the Village.
No Reduction in Benefits. The Select Board or Town shall not at any time during the term of this Agreement reduce the salary, compensation, or other benefits of the Manager, except to the degree such a reduction is across the board for all other employees of the Town.
No Reduction in Benefits. If (a) as of December 31st of the year in which a Change of Control occurs, Executive’s age is 58, and (b) after such Change of Control, (i) Interpublic terminates Executive’s employment without Cause or (ii) Executive resigns for Good Reason, the amount of the monthly benefit payable to Executive under this Agreement shall be the annual amount set forth in Section 1.04. Subject to any delay required as a result of Executive being a “specified employee” (within the meaning of Section 409A(a)(2)(B) of the Code, determined in accordance with Treas. Reg. § 1.409A-1(i)), such amount shall be paid in equal monthly installments for fifteen (15) years, starting on the 15th day of the first month that starts after the date of Executive’s Termination of Employment.
