Without Cause definition
Without Cause means a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company other than for a termination for Cause or due to Disability.
Without Cause means a termination by the Company of the Employee’s employment during the Employment Period for any reason other than a termination based upon Cause, death or Disability.
Without Cause means a termination of Executive's employment by the Company other than due to Executive's death or Disability as described in Section 7(a) and other than for Cause as described in Section 7(b).

For the avoidance of doubt, the expiration or nonrenewal of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, without a separate termination of employment by the Company Without Cause or by Key Employee for Good Reason during the term of this Agreement, will not constitute an involuntary termination Without Cause or any other termination giving rise to severance benefits.

Without Cause shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3 herein.
Without Cause means termination of employment on any basis (including no reason or no cause) other than termination of Executive’s employment hereunder pursuant to Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, or 6.4.
Without Cause means a termination of employment by the Employer other than due to death or Disability as defined in Section 6(a) or Cause as defined in Section 6(b).
Without Cause means (i) a termination of your Service by the Company or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates other than for Cause (as defined in the Plan) and other than due to your death, Disability or Retirement or (ii) (A) if you are a party to an Employment Agreement, (B) such Employment Agreement is in effect upon the date of your termination of Service and (C) such Employment Agreement defines “Good Reason”, then “Without Cause” shall also include resignation of your Service for “Good Reason” in accordance with such Employment Agreement.
Without Cause means termination by the Company of Key Employee’s employment at the Company’s sole discretion for any reason, other than by reason of Key Employee’s death or Disability, and other than a termination based upon Cause.
Without Cause means any reason not within the scope of the definition of the term “with cause.”
Without Cause means a termination by the Company in the absence of “Cause”, as defined above.
