Modifying the Agreement. This Agreement may be modified only by a writing signed by both parties.
Modifying the Agreement. The scope, nature, duration and funding of Project may be modified at any time if agreed to in writing by both Parties.

The Board of Education reserves its legal responsibility and prerogative to act in all matters as it deems necessary to serve the interests of the Xxxxxxxx- Florissant School District. The District may unilaterally alter the terms of this agreement in emergency situations where, in the opinion of the Board and at its sole discretion, the District or the community has suffered serious damage due to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, or pandemic. In the event of a serious financial situation that could not have been anticipated at the time of the Agreement, the District shall reconvene with the Association representatives to discuss the situation and collaborate on possible solutions. The terms of the Agreement will be reinstated when, in the opinion of the Board, the District is able to resume normal operations and has achieved financial solvency.
Modifying the Agreement. 1. When during execution of the Agreement it proves necessary to alter or add to the required products or activities, parties can, in mutual consultation, alter the agreement.
Modifying the Agreement. This Agreement may be amended only in writing and must be signed by both an authorized representative of ASP and Client. However, ASP reserves the right to amend fees and company policies as necessary without Client’s consent, with propernotice.
Modifying the Agreement. Any signatory agency may initiate a modification to this Agreement to incorporate any changes that are mutually agreed to by the participating agencies. Such modifications shall be in writing and shall identify the specific activities, as appropriate, and any other pertinent details. The Forest Service is designated as the agency responsible for all administrative oversight and preparation of modifications to this Agreement. The modification(s) shall not take effect until documented and signed by authorized signatories for the agencies.
Modifying the Agreement. No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless in writing and executed by both parties.
Modifying the Agreement. The Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in each Order (as defined herein) states the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, terms sheets, letters of intent, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral. The provisions of this Agreement may be amended or changed from time to time in OTOY’s sole discretion. If we make changes to this Agreement, we will provide you with notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, providing notice through the RNDR Network or other OTOY Property or updating the date at the top of this Agreement. Unless we say otherwise in our notice, the amended Agreement will be effective immediately, and your continued access or use of the RNDR Network or OTOY Property after we provide such notice will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you must stop accessing and using the RNDR Network and OTOY Property. We reserve the right to modify the RNDR Network and/or OTOY Property or to suspend or stop providing all or portions of each thereof. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use the RNDR Network or OTOY Property.
Modifying the Agreement. HCE and the District may modify this Agreement at any time as long as both parties mutually agree to such modification. Such modifications shall be in writing, signed by both parties, and be made part of this Agreement.

If any intended changes or any other events beyond the parties' control require adjustments to this Agreement, the parties shall make a good faith effort to agree on all necessary particulars. Such agreements shall be put in writing, signed by the parties and added to this Agreement.
