Required Products definition

Required Products means the following: (a) Burlington Products; (b) Base ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Products; and
Required Products means the third-party Hardware, Software, appliances, telecommunications, Internet and other connectivity (but only the model, version, release or other technical specifications of the foregoing that are supported by Cysiv from time to time) as may be specified by Cysiv in the Service descriptions for each applicable Service set forth in the Service Order.
Required Products means all Snack Products and/or Coffee Products designated by Franchisor as mandatory Products to be dispensed from the Vending Machines, as set forth in the Manuals, subject to change by Franchisor from time to time.

Examples of Required Products in a sentence

  • OGS will be solely responsible for determining if the replacement Product meets or exceeds the original Product offered in the Standard Configurations and/or Required Products.

  • Under no circumstances will the new Contractor awarded be permitted to increase its component pricing for the Standard Configuration components or Required Products or decrease the percentage discounts on Required Product categories that were originally Bid.

  • If a Product in the Standard Configurations and/or Required Products becomes incompatible, obsolete or unavailable, a replacement Product of equal or greater specification than the original Product offered in the Standard Configurations and/or Required Products must first be submitted for OGS approval by completing the modification process outlined in Attachment 4 – Price List Modification Procedures.

  • If a Product in the awarded Standard Configuration and/or Required Products becomes incompatible, obsolete or unavailable, a replacement Product of equal or greater specification than the original Product offered in the Standard Configuration and/or Required Products must first be submitted for OGS approval by completing the modification process outlined in Attachment 4, Agreement Price List Modification Procedures.

  • Replacements are defined as substitute Products which take the place of a previously awarded Product included in the Standard Configurations and/or Required Products due to the awarded Product becoming incompatible or unavailable due to Product EOL.

  • Required Products will be available under the Additional Product category on the Configuration Price List and are subject to the discount percentage bid by the Contractor as part of the RFQ Submission.

  • Under no circumstances will the new awardee be permitted to increase its component prices for Standard Configurations, the prices of the Required Products or decrease the percentage discounts on Additional Products that were originally bid.

  • Products that were bid as Required Products by the Contractor will be available under the Additional Product category on the Configuration price list and are subject to the final discount percentage that was bid by the Contractor in the On-line Reverse Auction.

  • Replacements are defined as substitute Products which take the place of a previously awarded/approved Product included in the Standard Configurations, Required Products or Additional Products due to the awarded/approved Product becoming incompatible or unavailable due to Product EOL.

  • The Contractor is authorized to provide the Standard Configuration(s), Required Products, and Additional Products initially awarded in the Agreement.

However, priority will be given to offerors that maintain physical stores or dealerships in South Sudan. • Supplier awarded the BPA shall supply DT Global with IT Equipment and Accessories as per the Call Order. • DT Global will not receive neither accept any unsatisfactory products, or replacement products, unless they are authorized in advance and with specifications higher than those stated in the BPA. • DT Global will charge penalty on percentage based on amount stated in the placed Call Order for any delay in delivery of products. As part of the evaluation process, DT Global representatives will conduct site visit to the offeror’ business premise or structure in Juba, South Sudan. During these visits, the DT Global representatives will also verify the availability of material in stock for the required products and might request a sample or take a photo of each of the required products.
