MERCHANDISE CONCESSIONS. The NCAA retains the exclusive rights to sell souvenir products at all rounds and sites of the 90 National Collegiate Championships; host institutions/conferences and sponsoring agencies for all NCAA championships are required to sell items provided by the official NCAA event souvenir merchandiser. GENERAL FACILITY SPECIFICATIONS
MERCHANDISE CONCESSIONS. Venue reserves the right to sell concessions (including, but not limited to soda, popcorn, candy) during event unless specifically directed otherwise at the time contract is signed.
MERCHANDISE CONCESSIONS. If applicable, Speaker may sell promotional merchandise at the Event upon payment of 15% of net sales (the “Merchandise Fee”) to Georgia State. Georgia State reserves the right to refuse the sale of specific promotional items in its sole discretion. Upon request, Georgia State may agree to sell merchandise on Speaker’s behalf in exchange for a labor fee of $10.00 per hour or any part thereof in addition to the Merchandise Fee. Payment of the Merchandise Fee and Hourly Labor Fee is due in cash immediately following completion of the Event. Speaker is solely responsible for paying applicable sales tax to appropriate taxing authorities. For purposes of this Agreement, Net Sales shall be defined as gross sales less eight percent (8%) sales tax. Speaker is solely responsible for all shipping charges associated with shipping the merchandise to and from the venue. Speaker shall receive no compensation from the sale of promotional items developed for sale by or on behalf of Georgia State. Georgia State has the sole right and authority to sell concessions at the performance and to retain all profits resulting there from.

  • Merchandise Programs, T-shirts, souvenirs, posters, novelty items, clothing apparel, and recorded media will be sold in the Centre only by BCEC Management or representatives nominated by it, unless BCEC Management agrees in writing to waive this condition. BCEC Management will retain 18% (including GST) of gross merchandise sales. All revenue derived from the sale of motion pictures, still photography, television or radio recordings, or other similar rights, is to be subject to a seperate agreement between Hirer and BCEC Management. 26 Additional Responsibilities In addition to its responsibilities under clause 7.1, Xxxxx must:

  • Minerals All minerals, crops, timber, trees, shrubs, flowers and landscaping features now or hereafter located on, under or above Land;

  • Beverages a. A $12/person minimum bar spend is imposed for all events, based on the Original or Final Guest Count, whichever is greater. Bar minimums are compulsory and can be met through cash bar, hosted bar or a combination of both. Minimum bar spend does not include Beverage Service Fees or Sales Tax.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Concession A concession by the Borrower, after applicable notice and cure periods, under any one or more obligations in an aggregate monetary amount in excess of $100,000.

  • Guest any Registered User who has been invited by a Subscriber to participate in a study. It is possible that the same natural or legal person fits into several of the definitions previously provided. Thus, an Internet user who has created a study through the Platform will be a Subscriber, due to having created a study, but they will also be a Registered User, as that is necessary in order to be a Subscriber and, also, a User, by the mere fact of accessing the Platform.
