Specifically Directed definition

Specifically Directed means, with respect to a Target, the ability of a molecule, agent, or compound to selectively or preferentially bind to or interact with such Target (other than by non-specific binding).
Specifically Directed shall have the meaning given in the License Agreement.
Specifically Directed means, with respect to a Target, the ability of a molecule, agent, or compound to selectively and specifically bind to such Target to inhibit, activate or otherwise modulate the activity of such Target.
