Without prejudice to Clause 10 and any right or remedy thereunder (but without double recovery), the Seller shall compensate the Purchaser for any disadvantage incurred or suffered by the Purchaser if and to the extent that the processing of Minerals mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered from the Project Property is delayed or otherwise adversely affected as a result of such Other Minerals being processed through such process plant.
