Minerals definition

Minerals means mineral or minerals as defined in The Mines Act 1952.
Minerals means all ores, and ores and concentrates derived therefrom, of precious, base and industrial minerals, including diamonds, which may be lawfully explored for, mined and sold.
Minerals means Oil, Gas and Gas Liquids.

  • Without prejudice to Clause 10 and any right or remedy thereunder (but without double recovery), the Seller shall compensate the Purchaser for any disadvantage incurred or suffered by the Purchaser if and to the extent that the processing of Minerals mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered from the Project Property is delayed or otherwise adversely affected as a result of such Other Minerals being processed through such process plant.

More Definitions of Minerals

Minerals means all minerals and mineral materials, including gold, silver, platinum and platinum group metals, base metals (including antimony, chromium, cobalt, copper, lead, manganese, mercury, nickel, molybdenum, titanium, tungsten, zinc), and other metals and mineral materials which are on, in or under the Property.
Minerals means precious and base metals and other non-living, naturally occurring substances, whether solid, liquid or gaseous, and includes coal, Petroleum and Specified Substances.
Minerals means any and all marketable metal bearing material in whatever form or state (including gold) that is mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered from the Mining Properties, including any such material derived from any processing or reprocessing of any tailings, waste rock or other waste products originally derived from the Mining Properties, and including ore and any other products resulting from the further milling, leaching, processing or other beneficiation of Minerals, including concentrates or doré bars.
Minerals means gold, silver, platinum, antimony, mercury, copper, lead, zinc, and all other mineral elements and mineral compounds, and geothermal resources, which are contemplated to exist on the Property or which are after the Effective Date discovered on the Property and which can be extracted, mined or processed by any method presently known or developed or invented after the Effective Date.
Minerals means naturally occurring substances obtained or obtainable from any land by mining operations carried out on or under the surface of the land, but does not include —
Minerals includes minerals processed or partly processed under this Agreement; and
Minerals means oil and gas.
