Membership – New Hire. It shall be a condition of employment that all employees covered by this Agreement who are hired on or after its effective date shall, on the thirtieth (30th) day following the beginning of such employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union or agree to pay the Union a fair share/representation fee. Employees who fail to comply with this requirement shall be discharged by the Employer within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice to the Employer from the Union, unless the employee fulfills the membership obligations set forth in this Agreement.

  • Membership Dues Association membership dues, as explicitly approved by the Trustees;

  • Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.

  • Annual Membership Fee You agree to pay in advance a nonrefundable annual membership fee shown on page 1, whether or not you use your Card or Credit Card account. The fee will be charged on a periodic statement shortly after you open your Credit Card account and after that in the same month every year. We reserve the right to waive all or a portion of the annual fee.

  • Partnership Working 7.1 Partnerships will be supported by local authorities on four levels between:

  • Membership Term Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment.   • Membership Eligibility To join the Credit Union, you must meet the membership requirements, including purchase and maintenance of the minimum required share(s) (“membership share”) as set forth in the Credit Union’s bylaws. You authorize us to check your account, credit and employment history, and obtain reports from third parties, including credit reporting agencies, to verify your eligibility for the accounts and services you request.

  • Membership and Dues Deduction District shall distribute CSEA-supplied membership applications to appropriate new hires (but not make any statement suggesting workers must join). District shall refer all employee questions about CSEA or dues over to the CSEA Labor Relations Representative. This agreement shall satisfy District’s duty to bargain effects of Xxxxx decision. The District shall not interfere with the terms of any agreement between CSEA and the District’s employee with regard to that employee’s membership in CSEA. CSEA shall have the sole and exclusive right to receive the payroll deduction for regular membership dues.

  • Membership and Dues 4.10 Membership Employees are not required to join the Association as a condition of employment. However, whether or not Employees are members of the Association they shall, as a condition of employment, pay the equivalent of union dues to the Association.

  • UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES (a) The Employer will deduct Union dues from the pay of each Employee in the Bargaining Unit, in the amount specified in writing by the Union, and shall remit same to the Union as soon as practicable and not later than 10 Working Days following the pay period end date.
