Membership Term. Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment. Members may select from Membership Terms offered at the time of enrollment.
Membership Term. The period covered by the first month’s dues, as well as any additional days of Membership for which payment is received by FITNESS HOLDINGS, are the “Paid Period” for the Dues Membership. The “Paid Period” is the term of this Membership Agreement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Initial Term or any Renewal Term may be terminated if CCSR is dissolved as provided in Section 10(a) or terminated as provided in Section 10(b) or 10(c).
