Post-Election. Following the election, if the parties agree to allow inclusion into an existing bargaining unit, and if a majority of the employees voting elect to be included in an existing collective bargaining unit, the parties will promptly meet to bargain any outstanding issues and determine how best to incorporate the employees into an existing bargaining agreement. Also, following the election, if the parties agree to allow inclusion into an existing bargaining unit, and if a majority of the employees voting elect to be covered by an existing collective bargaining agreement, these employees shall be included in the bargaining unit and shall become and remain members of the Union consistent with the parties’ historical practice on membership.
Post-Election. Canvass - Dominion will assist the State/Counties in creating procedures for the conduct of the canvass and any necessary recounts. The system shall provide canvass reports including, but not limited to Interim, Semi-Final Official, Final Official, and the Statement of Vote reports. Dominion will be available to assist the State’s or County’s staff in the conduct of the canvass and for any recounts through the 2019 – 2020 Election Cycle. Dominion shall provide sample procedures and recommendations for the canvass process. Recount - The system must be able to provide for a manual recount process that would utilize either the physical ballot or ballot image with AuditMark, Cast Vote Record and EMS SOV reports. Dominion will assist the State/County in creating procedures for a recount.

Post-Election. If the majority of employees voting elect to be included into an existing bargaining unit, the parties will meet promptly to bargain any outstanding issues and determine how to best incorporate employees into the collective bargaining agreement. In these instances, the employees covered by the current bargaining unit will become members like all other employees covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
Post-Election. After the installation of the new government on January 14, NDI worked with the monitoring groups to organize evaluation sessions with departmental coordinators. These events provided feedback on the observation efforts and developed recommendations for improving the elections. On January 21, 2004, Mirador Electoral, which collected unique and systematic information on the strengths and weaknesses of the electoral process, presented a compilation of nine observation reports, as well as recommendations to the TSE. In turn, the TSE solicited assistance regarding future electoral reform efforts. Mirador Electoral completed activities under this grant on January 31, 2004. To conclude NDI’s technical assistance to the program, NDI held final evaluation meetings with Mirador Electoral members to reflect on the lessons learned from the pre-election and election-day monitoring processes. NDI’s Guatemala Resident Representative ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ also met with Mirador Electoral members and donor representatives to evaluate its election monitoring activities and technical assistance, and to review recommendations for electoral and political reform in Guatemala. In addition, NDI reviewed submissions of financial records and final reports by the groups, and processed final drawdowns. NDI also met with sister organizations, the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), to discuss implementing follow-on activities on election law reform programs with Guatemalan partners.
Post-Election.  If the County voters approve the ballot question, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will assist the County in determining the method of sale – competitive or negotiated.  If a negotiated sale is decided upon, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will assist and advise in the selection of an underwriter.  ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will assist and advise in the selection of a trustee for the transaction.  ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will coordinate the timely and efficient completion of a financing.  ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will create the rating presentation materials and assist the County in the rating process.  On the Sale Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will advise the County regarding the sale details and results.  After the bond sale, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will assist County staff in understanding the post-bond sale requirements regarding continuing disclosure, arbitrage and record retention.  ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will remain available to answer questions regarding the financing.
Post-Election. Vote Center reporting - A Contractor representative will work with the County to ensure that all data has been synchronized from the Poll Pad units deployed once the equipment has been returned from the field. This work may take place the night of the election or in subsequent days post-election day. Once all data from the Poll Pads has been verified in ePulse, the data will be available to be utilized by the ePulse Reporting module. Post-election testing and reporting - A Contractor representative will help facilitate any desired reporting or post-election testing required by the County. Once data from the Poll Pads has been verified in ePulse, the data will be immediately available to be utilized by the ePulse Reporting module. Post-election canvass - The ePulse Reporting module data from the Poll Pads can be utilized to confirm turn out numbers and assist in any post-election audits including security related audits. The system will maintain the data related to an election on AWS for two years after the date on which the County certifies the election’s results. After the initial two years, election data can be stored in Glacier, AWS archiving service and platform. The County may also choose to move an election’s data to Glacier less than two years after certification. Storage in Glacier requires retrieval by KNOWiNK. The County can request to erase all election related data from all cloud- based and vendor-controlled systems at any time. The system will enable the County to run reports and extracts sufficient to capture essential election data in a format that can be read and accessed outside of the system (such as .xls, .csv, or .txt) for purposes of archiving an election.
