Examples of Partnership Working in a sentence

  • The Productivity Commission will work with the Joint Council, through the Partnership Working Group, to develop the dashboard and annual data compilation report, which will be underpinned by an Information Repository that draws together a range of existing data sources.

  • If a dispute cannot be resolved by the Partnership Working Group, the matter may be escalated to the Joint Council or relevant Ministers.

  • Any Party may give written notice to the Partnership Working Group of a dispute under this Agreement.

  • The Joint Council will be responsible for ongoing administration and oversight of this Agreement and can delegate agreed matters to the Partnership Working Group.

  • The Partnership Working Group will attempt to resolve any dispute in the first instance.

  • Partnership Working Group – Working Group established by the Joint Council on Closing the Gap, comprising representatives of each Government Party and the Coalition of Peaks, with the role of developing and progressing issues for upcoming Joint Council meetings.

  • Both SPS and the TUS recognise that successful Partnership Working is dependent upon the maintenance of mutual trust and our recognition of the legitimate rights and responsibilities of the Parties to the agreement.

  • This consistency of access and empowerment in relation to day-to-day decision-making has a number of advantages for all key stakeholders, and will provide the opportunity to develop relationships of the quality required to make Partnership Working successful.

  • Outwith the mandatory arrangements set out in Section 2 above, the Partners will wish to devise their own arrangements for local Partnership Working, and will wish to agree the deployment of resources to do so.

  • States the importance of developing skills and learning from examples of best practice, in order to continuously improve our approach to Partnership Working.

Related to Partnership Working

  • Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Partnership Assets means all assets, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed (including, without limitation, all partnership capital and interest in other partnerships), at any time owned or represented by any Partnership Interest.

  • Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.

  • General partnership means an organization formed by two or more persons under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.

  • Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a Cloud Service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
