Member Access to Records. Upon reasonable advance notice and in accordance with applicable state and federal law and regulation, Provider shall provide access by Member or in the case of minor children, Member’s parent or legal guardian to Member’s medical records. Provider may limit such access by parents or legal guardians of minor children as permitted or required by law.
Member Access to Records. Vendor shall, and shall require its Participating Providers to, establish and maintain procedures in accordance with applicable law and regulations to ensure, at a minimum, timely access by Members to medical records and other health information in their possession that pertains to Members.

Each Member, and any Person who is designated by a Member and who has agreed in writing to be subject to confidentiality obligations acceptable to the Board of Managers, shall have the right, from time to time hereafter during normal business hours, following notice to the Board of Managers, and to inspect, audit, check and make copies of and extracts from the Company's books and records relating to the Company's business or to any transactions between the parties hereto; provided, however, that all expenses related thereto shall be paid by such requesting/inspecting Member.
Member Access to Records. During normal business hours and upon reasonable advance notice, Practitioner shall give Members the right to review their medical records as maintained by Practitioner. If the Member is a minor child or an incompetent or incapacitated adult, this right to review shall be given to the Member’s personal representative as defined by HIPAA. If the Member is deceased, this right to review shall be given to the executor or administrator of the estate or to the next of kin as defined by state law.
Member Access to Records. Upon advance notice, each Member shall have the right, during regular business hours, to inspect and copy the Company documents set forth in Section 7.01 at the Member’s expense.
Member Access to Records. (a) Upon the written request of any Member, setting forth the purpose for such request, the Management Committee shall promptly deliver to such person, at the Company’s expense, a copy of the information required to be maintained pursuant to this Agreement. (b) Each Member and Manager shall have the right to (i) inspect and copy during normal business hours any of the records required to be maintained pursuant to Section 4.7, and (ii) to obtain from the Management Committee, promptly after becoming available, a copy of the Company’s federal, state and local income tax or information returns for each Fiscal Year. 6.3
