Executor or Administrator means a person who has obtained Probate or Letter of Administrator, as the case may be, from a competent Court and shall also include the holder of a succession certificate authorizing the holder thereof to negotiate or transfer the share or shares of the deceased member and shall also include the holder of a certificate granted by the Administrator General of any State in India.
