Exigent Circumstances definition

Exigent Circumstances means circumstances where collection or disclosure is urgently necessary, such that procedures that would otherwise be required cannot be followed.
Exigent Circumstances means circumstances in which a reasonable person would believe that imminent and serious bodily harm to a person or persons is about to occur.

Exigent Circumstances means a law enforcement agency's good faith belief that an emergency involving the danger of, or imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to any person requires the use of unapproved Controlled Equipment.
