Meeting Agendas. Chairs, regardless of how they provided the original notice of the Committee Meeting, must distribute an agenda to all Committee Delegates describing the business to be transacted at the meeting no later than 48 hours before the meeting. ● Teleconference/videoconference. Committees can meet telephonically by means of conference telephone or videoconference. ● Email notice. Notice of Committee Meetings and /or Committee Meeting Agendas is to be given by email and sent to the email addresses of Delegates provided in the Committee rosters. Notice will be deemed to have been given at the time of the sending of the email.
