All employees at this level should have sufficient freedom to plan their work at least a week in advance. Where supervision is part of the job, it is expected that the supervisor will assist other employees in their tasks where required. Supervisors are also expected to have a knowledge of personnel policies and practices applicable to the work performed and supervised employees. All Other Employees The employee must have a basic knowledge of personnel practices and be able to provide employees under their supervision with on-the-job training and guidance.   • Laid Off Employees A) Should vacancies occur following layoff, those employees on layoff will be recalled to these positions in order of seniority providing they have the capabilities and the qualifications to perform the duties of the vacant position.   • Hour Employees When a death occurs to a spouse or child of a full-time employee who works a seven and one-half (7.5) hour day, the employee will be granted a leave of absence and will be paid seven and one-half (7.5) hours at her/his regular rate of pay for up to five (5) consecutive scheduled working days in the six (6) calendar day period beginning with the date of death. Time paid for while on bereavement leave will count as time worked for the purpose of computing overtime. A full-time nurse who works a seven and one-half (7.5) hour day shall be granted three (3) consecutive working days off without loss of regular pay for scheduled hours, in conjunction with the day of the funeral for other members of her or his immediate family, namely, parents, brother, sister, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparent, grandparent of spouse or grandchild.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available. An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.

Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is aware that any of its employees is obligated under any contract (including licenses, covenants or commitments of any nature) or other agreement, or subject to any judgment, decree or order of any court or administrative agency, that would interfere with their duties to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any notice alleging that any such violation has occurred. Except for employees who have a current effective employment agreement with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, no employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has been granted the right to continued employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or to any material compensation following termination of employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.14, the Company is not aware that any officer, key employee or group of employees intends to terminate his, her or their employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, nor does the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have a present intention to terminate the employment of any officer, key employee or group of employees.
