MAINTENANCE OF AS-BUILT DRAWINGS. During execution of the contract the contractor shall update the drawings daily with all the relevant information. At the end of the contract and prior to handover being accepted, the contractor shall prepare as-built drawings of the installation. These drawings shall be a set of the latest drawings issued by the Engineer on which the contractor shall highlight all changes. The contractor shall take great care to ensure that all underground services are shown in the correct places. The contractor shall also issue three (3) sets of any other drawings, wiring diagrams, service and instruction manuals for equipment supplied by him and these will have to be acceptable to the Engineer prior to handover being approved.

MAINTENANCE OF AS-BUILT DRAWINGS. During its performance of the Work, the Contractor shall maintain As-Built Drawings consisting of a set of the Drawings which are marked to indicate all field changes made to adapt the Work depicted in the Drawings to field conditions, changes resulting from Change Orders, Construction Directives, and Construction Change Documents and all concealed or buried installations, including without limitation, piping, conduit and utility services. All DRAFT buried or concealed items of Work shall be completely and accurately marked and located on the As-Built Drawings. The As-Built Drawings shall be clean and all changes, corrections and dimensions shall be marked in a neat and legible manner in a contrasting color. As-Built Drawings relating to the Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing portions of the Work shall indicate without limitation, circuiting, wiring sizes, equipment/member sizing and shall depict the entirety of the as built conditions of such portions of the Work. The As-Built Drawings shall be continuously maintained by the Contractor during the performance of the Work. At any time during the Contractor's performance of the Work, upon the request of the District or the Architect, the Contractor shall make the As-Built Drawings maintained here under available for the District's review and inspection. The District's review and inspection of the As-Built Drawings during the Contractor's performance of the Work shall be only for the purpose of generally verifying that Contractor is continuously maintaining the As-Built Drawings in a complete and accurate manner; any such inspection or review shall not be deemed to be the District's approval or verification of the completeness or accuracy thereof. The failure or refusal of the Contractor to continuously maintain complete and accurate As-Built Drawings or to make available the As-Built Drawings for inspection and review by the District may be deemed by the District to be Contractor's default of a material obligation hereunder. Without waiving, restricting or limiting any other right or remedy of the District for the Contractor's failure or refusal to continuously maintain the As-Built Drawings, the District may, upon reasonably determining that the Contractor has not, or is not, continuously maintaining the As-Built Drawings in a complete and accurate manner, take appropriate action to cause the continuous maintenance of complete and accurate As-Built Drawings, in which event all fees and costs in...

  • Facility Maintenance Seller shall perform, or cause to be performed, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required on the Facilities in order to meet the Warranty Specifications and Performance Standards. In that regard, Seller’s responsibilities hereunder shall include, without limitation, promptly correcting any Bloom System or BOF malfunctions, either by (i) recalibrating or resetting the malfunctioning Bloom System or BOF, or (ii) subject to Section 5.7(b), repairing or replacing Bloom System or BOF components which are defective, damaged, worn or otherwise in need of repair or replacement.

  • REPAIRS; MAINTENANCE The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to supervise repairs, improvements, alterations, and decorations to the Property as well as purchase and pay bills for services and supplies. The Agent shall obtain prior approval of the Owner for all expenditures over $ for any single item.   • Maintenance of Facilities 5.1 The Network Customer shall maintain its facilities necessary to reliably receive capacity and energy from the Host Transmission Owner’s transmission system consistent with Good Utility Practice. The Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner, as appropriate, may curtail service under this Operating Agreement to limit or prevent damage to generating or transmission facilities caused by the Network Customer’s failure to maintain its facilities in accordance with Good Utility Practice, and the Transmission Provider or Host Transmission Owner may seek as a result any appropriate relief from the Commission.

  • Maintenance of Insurance The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain in effect during the entire period for which the Company is obligated to indemnify the Indemnitee under this Agreement, one or more policies of insurance with reputable insurance companies to provide the officers/directors of the Company with coverage for losses from wrongful acts and omissions and to ensure the Company’s performance of its indemnification obligations under this Agreement. The Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies in accordance with its or their terms to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any such director or officer under such policy or policies. In all such insurance policies, the Indemnitee shall be named as an insured in such a manner as to provide the Indemnitee with the same rights and benefits as are accorded to the most favorably insured of the Company’s directors and officers.
