Maintenance Repairs. The permit fee to cover administrative cost in the amount of $500.00, plus a reimbursement to the District for any necessary engineering fees which may be incurred with the advent of this permit, is hereby charged for routine maintenance and/or repair work performed at any one crossing. Related to Maintenance Repairs

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.
