Equipment Supplied. In connection with the provision of Services under this Agreement, it will be necessary for ART to install certain equipment on the premises of ISP and/or other locations controlled by third parties and related to the provision of the Services (collectively "Sites"). Equipment to be installed on each Link includes Outdoor Units ("ODU's"), Indoor Units ("IDU's"), monitoring equipment, power supplies, associated hardware and cabling, and other materials necessary to complete the installation process (the "Equipment").

Equipment Supplied. In connection with the provision of Services under this Agreement, it will be necessary for ART to install certain equipment on the premises of Purchaser and/or other locations controlled by third parties and related to the provision of the Services (collectively "Sites"). Equipment to be installed on each Link includes Outdoor Units ("ODU's"), Indoor Units ("IDU's"), monitoring equipment, power supplies, associated hardware and cabling, and other materials necessary to complete the installation process (the "Equipment"). The Equipment for ART's Standard Service Option and ART's Facilities Ownership Option are specified on Attachment D-1 and D-2, respectively.
Equipment Supplied. Each borrowed bike is loaned with a helmet and lock. Borrowers who bring their own helmet must show it to staff. Otherwise, you must borrow a helmet to use while riding. Annapolis Valley Regional Library is not responsible for any loss of or damage to client supplied equipment howsoever occasioned.
Equipment Supplied. Equipment 14.1 You must have the equipment that we require from time to time. You may obtain equipment from us or from others provided the equipment is certified by us or the Switch Provider. 14.2 You may use equipment to accept nominated cards for: (a) transmitting transaction information to us and anyone else approved by us; and (b) crediting funds to your nominated account in payment of goods and services sold to cardholders and cash supplied to them by you; and (c) enabling a cardholder to debit their account; and (d) crediting funds to a cardholder’s account and debiting your account if a cardholder returns merchandise which the cardholder paid for using a nominated card, and (e) any other purpose approved by us but not use the equipment for any other purpose.
Equipment Supplied. 6.1. All Equipment Supplied by XXX not purchased outright by the Customer or included in the service fee, which has been provided to the Customer for use on the Customer’s premises on a rental basis as indicated on the Services Order Form, or provided free of charge shall at all times remain the property of KEL. 6.2. Subject to written agreement with XXX, the Customer shall have the right to transfer the ownership of the equipment to the Customer upon termination of the Rental period. 6.3. Telephone handsets supplied inclusive of a monthly service fee shall become the property of the Customer and any warranty associated with the handset remains the responsibility of the original manufacturer only. In the event of a faulty handset, if the visit of an engineer is requested, this will be a chargeable service and the charge will be communicated at the time of request and the visit will take place during normal working hours unless specifically agreed otherwise. KEL accept NO liability in respect of any defect or breakdown of a handset or any losses, direct or indirect as a result of such defect or breakdown. 6.4. KEL do not give any warranty condition or undertaking as to the state of any Equipment Supplied other than the work to configure the Equipment Supplied to provide the Services unless specifically itemised on the Services Order Form. 6.5. The only warranties in relation to Equipment are those given by the manufacturer of the Equipment. 6.6. In respect of defective Equipment, KEL shall, at its option, repair or replace such Equipment or refund the price of the defective Equipment. KEL shall have no obligation to do so where the defect is caused by the Customer altering or repairing the Equipment without KEL’s consent or arises as a result of fair wear and tear. 6.7. The risk in the Equipment shall pass to the Customer on delivery. Title to the Equipment shall not pass to the Customer until KEL has received payment in full for the Equipment. 6.8. Any dates given for delivery of Equipment are approximate only and time is not of the essence in relation to any obligations under this Agreement.
Equipment Supplied a. An Inventory Condition Report of the camping and cooking equipment supplied to You with the Vehicle is provided with the Rental Agreement. b. At the Start of the Rental and again at the End of the Rental We complete a stocktake and condition check of all camping and cooking equipment to verify its presence and condition. c. Within 24 hours of the Start of the Rental You must: i. review the Inventory Condition Report; ii. update that report, if required, so that it correctly shows the condition of the Vehicle and trailer and the presence and condition of the equipment; and iii. return the Inventory Condition Report to Us. d. If You fail to return the Inventory Condition Report to Us as required by clause 8.3 or fail to advise Us of any missing, damaged or the unclean condition of any items, You forfeit the right to dispute that the camping and cooking equipment noted in the Inventory Condition Report was present and in good condition at the Start of the Rental. e. At the End of the Rental You will be charged replacement costs if any of the camping or cooking equipment is missing or not returned in the same condition as at the Start of Rental, subject to fair wear and tear.

Equipment Supplied. Pacific Light Studios agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no guarantees as to equipment’s func- tionality or suitability for Renter’s purposes. Company is not liable for acts out of its control such as power outages, weather or emergencies. In such cases, Pacific Light Studios will refund a prorated portion of Rental Fee. PLS will provide the following equipment to the Renter: Renter agrees to return all equipment in the condition it was provided and to notify personnel of Pacific Light Studios of any damage, failure, or change in equipment provided.

The specific Equipment installed at each Site shall be determined after installation is completed and shall be specified in a supplement to the Service Order (the "LINK INVENTORY LIST"). In the event of the installation of Equipment using frequencies other than 38 GHz, the Link Inventory List will be amended by written agreement accordingly.
